Personnel exchanges between Gwangju, Korea and ZBVI

Mr. Ahn Sang Eun, a civil servant from Gwangju Municipal Government, arrived in ZBVI and started his one-year personnel exchanging program. Mr. Ahn is a civil servant in the Department of General Affairs of Gwangju Municipal Government, Korea, and he is in charge of the archives. He will work as a tutor for the Korean language learners and give lectures on Korean culture in the coming year. Besides, Mr. Ahn will also take part in some joint programs of ZBVI and local enterprises, aiming to promote the cooperation between the two cities.

As part of the Personnel Exchanging Program, Ms. Chen Yanli, a teacher from International School, went to Gwangju, Korea in April. It is the second time for ZBVI to join this program. Two other teachers also attended the program in 2011, and they not only won good reputation for ZBVI for their excellent performance, but also made their stay in Korea a good chance to get comprehensive improvement.

Since Gwangju and Zibo established the friendly international relationship of Twin Cities in 2003. The Personnel Exchanging Program between the two cities has trained many qualified civil servants with multi-international cultures. All the applicants have to be carefully chosen and only those with good morality, responsibility, competence and language skills can be granted the permission. So far, more than 10 civil servants from Zibo have been sent to work in Gwangju, Korea.
